At SolBe, our Apprentice Educators learn by doing — alongside experienced teachers in beautifully prepared environments rooted in the Reggio Emilia philosophy. This role is for curious, caring individuals who feel called to work with children, families, and community. You’ll be supported through mentorship, hands-on practice, and meaningful reflection as you grow into your own teaching style.
